SHIPPING

  • We offer shipping worldwide (via UPS) as well as local shipping here in Guatemala (via GuatEx)! Additional duty and tax fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Your purchase is sent directly to you from Guatemala through UPS. US Shipping takes 5-7 days and you will receive a tracking number as soon as the package reaches the U.S! If you have any questions on the status of your package, contact us here.

RETURNS

  • Please send us an email that you would like to return your order for a full refund and for what reason. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and we are more than happy to assist you if something isn't quite right!

  • Refunds will be given in the same payment form in which they were received.

  • Undamaged and unworn merchandise with the hang tag intact will be accepted for a full refund within 15 days after the product is received at our U.S. facilities and reviewed for damages. 

  • Promotional, discounted, or sale items will be considered a final sale and nonrefundable.

  • Custom ordered clothing is nonrefundable.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our U.S. return facilities.
